@ianaj "Man your body was nice before but it's crazy now! That's some impressive work. I honestly do not get how you don't get stretch marks from such quick growth. You are a beast!"

I quite honestly think my body was made for me to be fat. I have so much extra skin you can litterly pull it and see. So I have some expanding I can do.Β

β€œI finally discovered that my greatest fear is not being alone; it’s being vulnerable.” I think this quote is applicable to many. To be vulnerable, as Webster states, β€œis being capable of being wounded, open to attack or damage, liable to increased penalties, but entitled to increased bonuses.” We are born into this world trusting, hopeful and vulnerable. It’s through our life experiences that we choose to close ourselves off. We wonder why we can’t be happy, optimistic and loving like we once were, but that’s because we aren’t responding to the world from those emotions. We start reacting to life from a place of anger, fear, regrets and frustration. We walk around the world as if every corner is a sharp edge. But what if we respond to the world from a place in which we want the world to respond to us? A place of understanding, hope, open-mindedness, and happiness. Hate and pain will always find a way to break your barriers, but happiness cannot; happiness is not forceful. What if we took our walls down, told someone in our lives how much we genuinely appreciate them and allowed ourselves to be vulnerable, even for a moment? Would this not take your friendship with this person to another level? Would you not feel happy? Be vulnerable and be a recipient of it’s greatness. πŸ™ˆ

Emotions are your body’s reactions to your thoughts. Emotions arise from a place where your mind and body meet. We may not be fully aware and conscious of all our thoughts, but if we are aware of our emotions, we have an insight of our mentality. When we form an attack thought or hostile thought, we create a fireball of energy within our body called anger. “The thought that you are threatened, physically or psychologically, causes the body to contract, and this is the physical side to what we call fear.” Emotions can even cause a biochemical change within our body; changes in testosterone, endorphins, adrenaline, etc. This is the material and physical aspect of emotions as well. So don’t bottle up your emotions and store them away only for them to manifest themselves in another aspect of your life. Give attention to those emotions; feel them, experience them, learn the lesson they are here to teach you and only then will you find wholeness and internal balance. We are given emotions to feel them, not cast them away. πŸ‘” #OOTD
